The delivery time for a fully assembled house depends on the model. Typically, it ranges from 30 to 90 working days.

Our houses can last as long as a monolithic (solid-built) house with proper maintenance.

The warranty is 7 years for the structure and 2 years overall. It’s important to clarify that this does not mean the house will only last for this period.
